Rachel Greenburg Geller is the Director of Volunteers & Community Engagement at Minds Matter NYC. She is a trained social worker with over a decade of experience in community engagement, programming, policy, and partnerships across the public and private sectors. Prior to joining Minds Matter NYC, Rachel worked in sexual violence prevention, corporate social responsibility at NBCUniversal, and in citizen engagement at Cities of Service. Rachel is passionate about the power of volunteering to create meaningful connections and drive positive social change. As a committed volunteer herself, Rachel coaches figure skating for the youth leadership nonprofit, Figure Skating in Harlem. She holds a BA from Colgate University and a MSW from Columbia University.
