Minds Matter NYC Volunteers

Our volunteers are energetic, committed, and successful individuals, who dedicate their time to helping Minds Matter’s students achieve their academic pursuits. More than 500 volunteers in New York City dedicate their time to help Minds Matter achieve its mission each year.  If you are interested in volunteering with us, review the opportunities and fill out our Volunteer Application Form

Leadership Opportunities: We are currently recruiting for a Co-Director of Summer Programs and Volunteer Recruitment Team member.  To apply, complete an Executive Committee Application.

Minds Matter volunteers come from diverse career backgrounds including advertising, banking, consulting, education, finance, law, marketing, non-profit and others. Because Minds Matter has a tendency to “get in the blood” of its volunteers, many stay with the program for several years and go on to serve in leadership positions on the Executive Committee or Board of Directors; some have even gone on to start their own Chapters. Volunteering with Minds Matter is not only rewarding, but allows New York City professionals to meet new friends and business contacts.

“Minds Matter volunteers are motivated professionals who are passionate about giving back. Every week I am blown away by the dedication and enthusiasm they bring to the program.” -Julie Anstine Mayville, Junior Program Co-Director
